A favicon (short for favorites icon), also known as a shortcut icon, website icon, URL icon, or bookmark icon is a 16×16 or 32×32 pixel square icon associated with a particular website or webpage.
A web designer can create such an icon and install it into a website (or webpage) by several means, and most graphical web browsers will then make use of it.
Browsers that provide favicon support typically display a page's favicon in the browser's address bar and next to the page's name in a list of bookmarks. Browsers that support a tabbed document interface typically show a page's favicon next to the page's title on the tab.
Some programs allow the user to select an icon of their own from the hard drive and associate it with a website.

Document Size: 2.54cm x 2,54cm
Resolution: 72 px/inch
Uploadkan icon anda, misalnya ICO572-1.gif ke http://photobucket.com/
Setelah di-upload ambil hotlink-nya, yaitu url-nya misalnya seperti dibawah ini http://i847.photobucket.com/albums/ab31/zychen/ICO572-1.gif
Masuk ke https://www.blogger.com/start dengan id and password anda lalu klik Dashboard | Layout | Edit HTML

Download the plugin from http://www.telegraphics.com.au/sw/
Install the Plugin
If Photoshop is open, close it.
Extract the downloaded file (e.g. unzip it in Windows --> ICOFormat-1.93b1-win.zip) and move the plugin file (ICOFormat.8bi) to your Photoshop Plug-Ins folder, under File Formats. The default location of this folder in Windows is shown below (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Plug-Ins\File Formats).
Start Photoshop. Create or open a file with one of the correct dimensions (16x16, 32x32 or 64x64) and select File | Save | As. choose .ico as one of the format options.
